01 / PROJECTS
Arch Software Solutions is happy to help teams in transition achieve their short term goals. Project based contracts are clearly defined and limited in time and scope. Enlisting Arch for project based contracts is a great way to engage subject matter experts for technical deep dives, compliment clients' skill sets, and ultimately pass ownership to an embedded client team.
02 / HOURLY
At times it may be more appropriate to engage Arch Software Solutions on an hourly basis. Work is generally preauthorized in time blocks and can be extended if necessary. Hourly contracts often make sense if engagements have a very limited number of projected hours or are preliminarily investigative in nature.
03 / RETAINER
Arch Software Solutions is available for retainer services on a case by case basis. Previous engagements include assistance with query writing,
dashboard building, report generation, and ongoing database maintenance. If your team is in need of a fractional DevOps resource we can also assist with Cloud Management, Platform Management, User Management, Software Administration, Gmail Management, and SSO SetUp.
OUR TEAM
Arch Software Solutions is a Silicon Valley quality team, located conveniently in St. Louis, Missouri. Husband and wife duo, Josh and Kat Wilson launched their careers in the Bay Area and then came home to the Midwest. They have a passion for technology and process improvement. In the past they have worked at Fortune 500 companies including Google, Square, Uber, Fiserv(First Data), and Marriott.

Team members are well versed in managing large, real-time data stores and have the experience of building over 100 integrations. Example integration categories include shipping, billing, customer analytics, warehouse management, shipment tracking, inventory management, order management, API connections, social media, partner platforms, 3rd party apps, and payments.

The skillsets of our founders are extremely complimentary. Our technical expertise can help you streamline your processes, create new functionality, or expand existing volumes. Our services can also be temporarily contracted to assist with bandwidth issues.
